Our guarantee is part of this and is detailed below:
Diamond Certificate – most of our larger diamonds come with an independent internationally recognised certificate ie GIA, HRD, AGL or IGI, which means you can be confident in what you are getting.
If for some reason the diamond we have available does not have a certificate, we can provide a CDA (Certified Diamonds of Australia) Report. This report is prepared after careful examination of the diamond and evaluation and measuring of the stone is done by Diavision, a diamond measuring system. By combining computerized machine vision and advanced 3D image processing, Diavision accurately measures the stone dimensions and proportions. All diamonds with a CDA Report come with a Money Back Guarantee that they have the colour, clarity and cut as stated in the report.
On request we can also provide an independent insurance valuation for the diamond or the piece of jewellery we organise for you. This is once again reinforcing that you are getting what you pay for.
Finally in the event the diamond does not meet your expectations please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will try to find an alternative within the same price range. We provide a full money back guarantee only on diamonds that have been purchased without viewing.
